The Restart Pathway
Your training should open doors to the next stage of your career. The Restart Pathway is a structured progression for practitioners who want to build strong foundations, develop extensive clinical experience and ultimately work towards becoming a Restart Aesthetics Academy Trainer.
Your journey begins by completing our full curriculum and developing the knowledge and technical skills required for safe, confident aesthetic practice. You then build your clinical portfolio through a broad range of treatments and patient presentations.
As your experience develops, you can progress through further professional development, including the AET (Award in Education and Training) and Restart Night School, refining your clinical knowledge, communication and teaching skills.

There is a major difference between watching someone inject and managing your own patient. Delegates have the opportunity to take responsibility for their own clinical cases, including consultation, assessment, treatment planning, treatment delivery and aftercare.
You are not simply watching a trainer demonstrate or sharing every treatment with another delegate. Our practical training is designed around meaningful hands-on experience.
No two faces are the same. Rather than teaching a rigid “inject by numbers” approach, we focus on facial anatomy, proportions, asymmetry and individual patient needs.
You will learn how to assess each patient and develop a personalised treatment plan based on their anatomy, concerns and desired outcome.

I would 100 percent recommend Alan!! I went to him with an issue regarding my first ever lip filler being incorrect (done by a different practitioner) and lumpy. He talked me through every stage of what I'd have to go through to get the lips I actually dreamed of. He was amazing with the dissolving.
